I purchased the new Versa on Saturday. I have never used a Fitbit product although I was really excited about this one. Today I have registered a little over 10k steps. However, when I checked against my Samsung health and Google Fit apps, they both registered a little over 8k steps. I hiked earlier today and thought it would auto track that hike. However my time remained unchanged for active time from my run this morning. So I'm really concerned that for the money this isn't accurate. I've seen a few people post on this topic and now I'm even more concerned. Any resolution from Fitbit? I don't think I can keep this if it remains that inaccurate.
