Corrupted Versa 2 display

My Versa 2 watch, which i bought just 6 months ago, is glitching like a stupid 90’s TV! I cannot believe this is actually happening from a respectable brand as FitBit. I bought it after the recommendations of multiple friends of mine, but i am regretting this decision much now, it’s like i bought a very cheap copy watch from the original brand itself!

Thanks for your post and the feedback that was shared, I understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. If the display of your Versa 2 is not working as it should, I recommend you to try our restart process following the next steps:

 

  1. For Fitbit Versa 2, hold the back button for 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
  3. If you still have issues with your device, turn it off and turn it back on. For more information, see How do I turn off my Fitbit device?
