Credit Card stopped working with Fitbit pay

I’ve been using my Chase card with Fitbit Pay with no problems on my Versa for 8 months. Last week I changed my phone number and now my CC won’t work.

 

I was able to add another card and it works fine. But when I tried again today to use my original card, it says “Card failed”. I’ve uninstalled/reinstalled the Fitbit app.  I’ve erased and reinstalled the card. Still won’t work. CC is fine, not expired.

So what happens when you try to add the card, do you get any errors, when you contacted your bank, did they have any record of this?

The card loaded fine with no errors. It shows properly on my Versa when I
hold the left button.

I will be contacting the bank Monday.

Ok I’ve contacted the bank and they say “It’s on Fitbits side.” I contact Fitbit and they suggested factory reset. They said if I sub my Versa I won’t lose any information. 

 

Gas anyone one lost their data after doing a factory reset?

As long as you have synced before the factory reset you will be fine. 

 

However I would first on Fitbit revoke the credit card, then add it again.
