I had my Versa since April 2018 and the battery would not hold it's charge any more after 5 months. I called FitBit for resolution and after having them trouble shoot it once, I had to call a 2nd time. They troubled shot it again and worked for a day or so, and then called a 3rd time, all in a couple of days. Finally after I told them that enough was enough that this may just be a lemon, they finally sent me a replacement offer. The offer is 50% off new device or new Versa. When I got the replacement Versa the packing slip said it was a Refurbished Versa. You'd think that was the end, however after just 2 months this Refurbished Versa was not responsive and the touch screen wasn't working anymore. So I called FitBit and they went through the same process again and finally sent me a new Replacement offer. Well this time I want to get the 50%, who wants an other Versa after all these problems. Well the 50% discount has restrictions, you can not get a Charge 3 which is almost similar to Versa and there is a 30 days expiry on it. So basically I have to fork out an other 100$ plus and I still can't get what I want. After talking to a supervisor, FitBit is adamant that there is nothing they can do about this, basically just too bad... FitBit is not the same company they use to be, they don't care about their customer and do not stand behind their products. Go with something else. Versa is CRAP!

@hammag I'm sorry your two trackers experienced issues. You're still within the warranty and Fitbit offered you 2 replacement Versas. Unfortunately, Fitbit is under no obligation to offer deals on other models. I know you're frustrated but perhaps give the tracker another chance?
