Every time I change the custom stats for a work out (what's displayed on the watch) they'll reset the next time I use it. Not sure if it's when my fitbit syncs or not. FWIW, I'm currently on 32.10.15 and they're still not saving.
This is super, super frustrating for a $200 device.

@Derek311 This is, according to some Fitbit support people, a "known issue" that they're "working on." Others have said it's "expected behavior." Lots of people are having this problem, you'll see if you browse these forums.
The problem is supposedly at least partially fixed in a version of the firmware that was released at the same time as the current version that everyone has, but only for "new users," though I'm not sure what a new user is for a device that's only been out 2 months - 1 month at the time.
I don't think anyone is getting this firmware anymore and some people have been reporting that they've been downgraded if they've had to do a factory reset. Hopefully, if it was even a little fixed, they won't break it any more before the next firmware release, which will hopefully be coming along in the not-too-distant future.
