Versa randomly vibrating

Hi, I have a fitbit versa (having owned 3 of the previous models and been happy with them), I love it in most respects, but it has just started randomly vibrating for no apparent reason.  I've tried re-starting it etc and it's still doing it.  Is anyone else experiencing this problem?  The vibrations are very faint and not like a notification vibration but it's irritating all the same!

@Sazzlemcdazzle Fitbit support will tell you this happens when your Versa loses the bluetooth connection with your phone. I'm not sure if I believe this, as I'm not one of those who carry my phone everywhere and it only happens in the middle of the night for me and it actually seems to keep a pretty good connection from the bedroom to the entryway. But that's what they'll tell you.

 

You might try a factory reset.
