Europe to South Africa WITHIN
24 hours. At this point a local courier took over Johannesburg to Durban 4 days. The item cleared customs on Thursday but reached me by Sunday. I could have driven the distance in 7 hours. Thanks Fitbit. I understand that some couriers are problematic.
Oh if you have a Versa it is as accurate as a Medical Pulse Oximeter.
Thanks Fitbit loving having a Green Day again.

Hi Wendy I live in South Africa and poor customer Support is a GIVEN. My colleagues in our High School Staff Room are amazed at the turnaround times. I suspect that the final leg of the journey is the source of frustration. But I am really happy. This device is great. Also the Fine Clock face suits the tired eyes of this 50 year old.
