This problem has been going on for awhile now.  I have called, left surveys and email.  Is there any update to when my Versa will track cycling again?

I'm having the same issue.  No tracking of cycling and when I start a exercise for biking, it just says connecting even though the watch is connected and shows that it syncs in the app.
