Hi, 

my Versa was working fine but has suddenly stopped updating the dashboard. It last updated last Thursday and since then nothing even though I’m wearing it all the time and it is syncing

How are you checking that it's syncing ok?

 

Is the data looking ok on the versa?

 

Are you seeing anything syncing to your dashboard or is all the data missing?

The strangest thing just happened. I opened it again to check the syncing to reply to you and it suddenly filled everything in. It’s been blank since last week. Anyway, it seems fine now, thank you

I am having this same problem, since yesterday morning. My heart rate, steps and Calories  burned are blank on dashboard, but if I scroll up, all the data are there on the Today screen. The app is also syncing fine with my watch. I tried restarting my Versa, but that didn’t work.

Update: it fixed itself when I charged my Fitbit.
