I tried to factory reset but it got failed and getting error Data not cleared Sync and try again.
Now i am not able to add the fitbit again and got stuck with this error message

I’ve read that this can sometimes happen if you try to do a factory reset without unpairing your Fitbit from Bluetooth first. I’d try this… first unpair your Fitbit Versa from Bluetooth then force shut the Fitbit App by swiping it upward. Next turn off your Bluetooth…then turn off your phone and wait 1-2 mins before restarting your phone. Once your phone completely loads turn on your Bluetooth. Now try setting up your Versa again by opening the Fitbit App, tap profile picture, scroll down and tap “set up a device”…from there simply follow the prompts.
