Hi not sure what has happened to my daughters watch. We have done all the steps for resetting etc and still get the same error message. It’s a Fitbit Versa Lite

The same has happened to mine. I have emailed and received a response. Done everything on response
but nothing has worked. Please help. Not even 12 months old.
