Data not cleared, sync and try again

I tried everything to make my fitbit Versa work again but nothing helps

I keep on looking at this red cross saying data not cleared

I unpaired, switched of my phone, restarted app

reset versa with 2, 3 buttons. Nothing. Does somebody have a good suggestion?

Try holding the restart buttons (left button and bottom right button simultaneously) until the Versa completely shuts down (maybe 25-30 seconds). If not, try holding all three until it does for the same amount of time.
