Dead Versa

I got a Versa for Xmas and have enjoyed using it.  But a couple of days ago, the display was a little unresponsive.

I gave it a good charge overnight --  but midway through yesterday afternoon, the watch just died.  Black screen.  I tried charging it again overnight, but this morning it was still a black screen.

I tried to do the restart, as instructed on the help page, by pressing all the buttons for at least 10 seconds, but no response.  I thought the charger might be defective, so I bought a new one today.  But the watch was still unresponsive.

So, I'm not sure what else to do.  Can my Versa be saved?  If anyone has any suggestions, they'd be much appreciated.

Hello @Tom3440 and really sorry for your Versa unresponsiveness.

Best suggestion I can give you is to contact the support straight away

Sorry Tom

my Versa  is dead too. Don’t spend any more money on yours. Wait for them to fix the problem.

There must be a problem at their end.

This is the second versa I have had, the first one failed too.

I don’t know if fitbit products are generally unreliable or if it’s just the Versa.

Hopefully they will come up with a fix.
