Dead zone on Fitbit Versa screen

I have an issue with my Fitbit Versa. There is what seems to be a 'dead zone' around the right half of the screen. The zone is really iffy on when it works. It doesn't work in some apps and when I'm scrolling through screens, but other times it works fine. Can you help me?
