Hello,

 

I have a Fitbit Versa and I use it with a Sony Xperia Z 5. 

When I receive notifications there is a delay in giving notifications, for example when I receive a phone call the phone rings for about 2 times and after that I strart receiving notifications on my watch.

I tried to restart my phone but nothing changed. My Fitbit is a new one.

@Userici   Your model phone is not on the list of supported devices.  That might be enough to explain the difference.  As an iPhone user, there is definitely one ring before my Versa vibrates.
