Delete alarms?

How can I delete alarms on my Versa? I can’t scroll down to find “delete alarms” on the watch as suggested. When I go to the alarms, it shows me all alarms with a message “Alarms list full. Remove any old alarms before creating a new one” but I can’t see how to remove alarms? I can’t select an alarm and scroll down to remove it as suggested.

when I go to the Fitbit dashboard, I can select settings and then the device but there is no heading “silent alarms” as described online.

Swipe to the Alarm app

Tap the alarm in question. 

Scroll to the bottom

Tap remove.
