Deleting Messages on Fitbit App

Not being able to delete private messages sent to you on the Fitbit app from other users is starting to get ridiculous. In fact, it’s archaic! The auto delete after 30 days would be perfectly fine, IF it actually did it!! Has anyone found a way to sort this out? I’ve looked through the message boards and anyone that asks seems to just get irrelevant messages from mods about clearing notifications. It’s like they don’t even bother reading the problem. I don’t want to know how to clear notifications!!  Is there anyone out there that can advise? I’d really like to get rid of the messages I’ve gotten from creeps and trolls 🙄

I too would like to know, I have notifications all the way back to 2017. That I can't delete.

This topic is about messages. Not notifications. There are several posts about undeleatable notifications. I suggest you look there for help.

Thank you, I can't delete either messages or notifications. Looks like it's the same with both. No help from Fitbit
