Hello, sorry to be writing the following here, maybe it doesn't make sense, but I want to describe my desapoint with Fitbit, or maybe bad luck ... I decided to buy a cherge 4 that I had to return due to problems in its design, they exchanged me for another one with the same error, as I did not want to have tied money, I decided to buy a versa 2 last week, but to my amazement this week  is announced  versa 3. what ?! seriously 7 Days of use? I want my money back. thanks

Hi @SunsetRunner  it's not uncommon for this to happen with any company. I got the latest Samsung phone until the next week when the newest one was released. Where you bought the Fitbit makes a difference. Some retailers allow you two weeks, so get with them and see what can be done.
