Hi All,
Fit Bit versa appears with "Unlock with your phone" have tried this now get an error
"Device Authentication failed" have tried logging out of the App and logging back in with no change.
My Fitbit is only a few months old and this is the first issue i have come across.
Appreciate any assistance you can offer.
Also is there a number that i can contact for tech support?

All I did was set a password on my iPhone, return to the Fitbit app, go to decide unlock and it works from there! “Authentication failed” Apparently solved that way. Try it!

Thank you for your efforts to resolve this. I recommend doing a factory reset. Please note that you'll need to reinstall any apps on your device after the reset, and if you couldn’t sync your device, then any data on the Fitbit device will be lost. Yes! This worked for me! I almost had to reset my Fitbit, but wanted to try this, and it worked! Thank you! I would have never of came up of this.
