Device fully charged falls continy

Every 30 min my device stops working.

Black screen. 

It's looks like I have to recharged it. But when I plug in to chared. The device screen is visual again and it tells me its fully charged

Hello @LiesjeM. look in the top right corner, you will find a slide out menu with a link to contact Fitbit.. The info may also be found under help in the Fitbit app.

Similar problem.  Yesterday morning versa was fully charged.

 

before noon I checked my steps and the screen was black stating 0% charge.

 

very frustrating:( . Since you need special charger, basically got no credit for steps or exercise all day.

 

not understanding how this is possible.  Total discharge of battery in less than 3 hours. 

 

Assistance needed.
