My versa is not syncing with the app. My app info is correct but on my watch, my sleep and calories are showing the information from two days ago? I've tried all the methods from troubleshooting. I use my fire 7 tablet, stylo 4 phone and Acer laptop. Plz halp.

Please confirm that you have followed instructions of help article Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

 

Also could you please send me screenshots of the app and device to further investigate?
