Hi, my versa is only a week old and on the first night it showed on the phone app. Since then there has been no updates of my sleep activity. Any ideas? Also, when I try to change the clock face and done general sync, it just gets stuck and nothing happens?
Any help would be much appreciated.

To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if your Versa is not recording sleep information at all or Sleep Stages? Also, which Android mobile device you're currently using to sync your Versa? Hi, I followed the steps but it is still not transferring sleep data to my phones app. Any other ideas?
