Hi,
My Fitbit versa device has gone off abruptly. It is not restarting even after charging it for around an hour. . I have tried all the methods shared in the forum and even tried out factory reset but nothing worked. Even tried a different charger but still it is not coming up
Could anyone please help me with this issue?

Hi @goyala, welcome to the Community Forums!
Thanks for your post and troubleshooting this situation prior to posting. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors of your Versa are still flashing? Do you feel any vibration on your device so we can determine that this is a display issue? If you haven't already done so I recommend you to check our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device?
@SunsetRunner Thanks for your support and suggestion!
I'll be around.

Mine did the same thing and I just took it off the charger.
What things did you try?
