Did the latest up date on my verse 2 well that killed it no lights on the back and it keeps telling me to down load ap and language selection is running I am not happy

Have you tried restarting your averse 2 to see if that resolves the issue? It’s worth a try…just press down and hold the button on the side of your Versa 2 until you see the Fitbit Logo then release the button. You should feel the Versa 2 vibrate shortly thereafter indicating the restart is completed.
