After updated the software on Dec 13,2019. My Versa ..1) Charged in full on last night and shut down the watch. the battery show 50% only. 2) I can't turn on the watch as usall then I need try otherway of restart to turn on the watch on next day. 

 

I tried ..resset the watch to factory ..reinstall the apps for repairing the watch but the above error can't be soloved. Pls adv thanks

 

Is it the software problem??

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for troubleshooting your device prior to posting too, I understand how frustrating this situation can be for you. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know how many times you experienced this situation? After the restart process that was completed, your device turned on or is still unresponsive? Are the heart rate sensors flashing or is your device completely unresponsive? I'll be waiting for your answers so we can move forward with this.
