Difficulties to download SpO2 clock face-Versa 2

My Versa 2 broke and Fitbit sent me a replacement. My old Versa 2 had this clock face. My new one will not allow installation. I’ve contacted support and all they say is it’s not available if it is not highlighted. I explained I had it before. They were no help! I said my device does t ha e the newest software. It has 35.70.7.14. They said there is nothing they can do. I am frustrated to say the least.

Thanks for the information provided and for trying to resolve the issue with your Fitbit Versa 2 before contacting us.

 

Currently, the latest firmware version for the Versa 2 is 35.72.1.9 as stated in this article. Please be aware that for Fitbit devices set up recently, it might be necessary to wait a couple of days to be able to download the most recent firmware version. In the Fitbit app you will receive a notification over the next days to update.

 

Once your Versa 2 is up to date, you should be able to download the SpO2 clock face by following these instructions.

Hi there, yes when they offered it to me I tried it and wouldn’t work so I assumed I had to buy Fitbit premium..I did have it but canceled bc I wasn’t using it so wasn’t worth it.  My Versa 2 has been good so far but it is only about 26 months old. My charge 2 , the hr wouldn’t show that’s why I purchased the Versa 2 from HSN for a better price. Now it does! Smh. I like it but wish they’d make prettier bands for the Versa 2  for women.  Good luck with yours.

I'm pretty sure by now you should be able to update your watch to the most recent firmware version and download the SpO2 clock face.

Yes, I was able to update it the other day and downloaded the spo2 clock face. Thank you. 
I’m surprised the tech support person and their supervisor did not know that. 
I appreciate your help!

I bought several nice bands for my Versa 2 on Amazon.

Hi, my gf and I both bought a Versa 2 this weekend (through amazon canada), we've updated our FitBits to the latest version [70.7.14] and we're unable to download the SpO2 Face watch, is there something wrong with our version? This is a bit frustrating when it's one of the features you bought the watch for... Or is the update held up because there is too many bugs, perhaps?

I had the same problem. In a day or two you will get a software upgrade. As soon as you update you will be able to download the spo2 clock face.
