So I did my research and bought the Versa special edition so I could use fitbit pay and other apps. Well I cannot even use it with my cell phone - it drains the phone battery in 3 hours even with all notifications and syncing turned off and so basically I paid $100 more to have apps I can't use. I've uninstalled the app and reinstalled after the most recent update...half the time when I try to sync (1x per day) it fails and says either I have no internet connection or bluetooth is turned off (is not) and now while trying to update the app it crashed my phone and I had to do a hard factory reset. It's 5 days past the 14 day return period at Best Buy....I don't want this. Any ideas or solutions since evidently I am stuck with it?

Hello @Admonkey
Wow, that's a lot going on there.
Maybe take auto sync off as that's the only thing I can think of draining your phone battery.

Also, turn off the other Bluetooth devices to your phone and see if that helps it sync.

@Admonkey, I would contact customer support, your versa should give you 4 days without turning anything off. If you have a clock face that is animated and use your music a lot I would say 3 days. 3 hours is just not right. There are some compatibility issues with some phones that will drain. Here is a link you can check to see if your phone is on the list. Good luck
