So i JUST today recieved a present from a friend a FitBit Versa and i got it and i turned on the display and the screen seemed to be awfully pixelated and dim along with what seems to be dead pixels, i attempted to reset the device as many posts prior have stated and nothing fixes my issue, i have also attempted to Factory Reset my device, which has not fixed the problem and when trying to re-pair my device my Versa just freezes, now its unusable, if anyone can help me please let me know.
