Disappointed in protective cover

I recently purchased the Versa with the protective cover. I bought the $50 protective cover because the Charge 2 I had, the screen cracked and I had it only 1yr and half. Now within 3 months of the recent purchase of the protective cover with the Versa, it's coming off... I am pretty sure it had a warranty but doesn't Fitbit stand behind their product? This is very disappointing. Trying to ensure the screen doesn't crack easily again, and now the cover is coming off....I almost want to give up on Fitbit and try another product

I don't know what protective cover you bought for $50, but I'm fairly sure Fitbit doesn't sell any such thing.  You'll have to deal with whomever sold you the cover.

 

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
