Anyone else disappointed with Versa? Constantly having issues with syncing to iPhone. GPS consistency is rubbish For the money paid I’m beginning to question why I bothered 😢

Yes! Very disappointed with the Versa. I had the Charge 2, which I absolutely loved, but after being on my third Charge 2 in 12 months due to screens cracking in hot weather, I decided to try the Versa instead, hoping it would be og higher quality (not breaking all the time). I’ve had many syncing issues with it and it needs to be restarted every once in a while. I thought before buying it that it would have built-in GPS and was very disappointed when it turned out it has only connected GPS (exactly like the Charge 2 I still need to bring my iPhone along) - and if I want to play music on it I need to start using another music service (I currently only use Spotify). What’s the use of storing music in the watch when I have to bring the phone along anyway?
Another very disappointing thing is the absence of the fun chatter. The chatter (the Charge 2 greeting me every time I picked it up, rooting and cheering for me every now and then) was very important at first for motivating me and also for making me love my funny little Fitbit friend. It may seem childish but I very much miss the diversity in how the watch celebrates when I reach my daily step goal. The versa so far only presents either fireworks or a colorful/green screen. The charge 2 had several, making it fun to see which one do I get today.
Another thing is the rigidness of the Today app. It’s not possible for me to move the different tiles around. Today I also found that if you turn off the reminders to move (to get your 250 steps per hour), the counter disappears from the watch. I only wanted the watch to stop buzzing, I still wanted to keep getting my 250/hour.
All these issues are, well, just not after my taste, but the worst thing is the inaccurate heart rate readings in the hike exercise mode. It gives me way too low readings and this is a problem that tops it off for me, I need to get rid of the Versa and find something else.
When I went to the store earlier this summer to look for the versa, the guy in the store said they don’t sell any Fitbit products other than the Ionic and the Blaze, because he said the other Fitbit products have a way too poor quality for wearing during exercise and simply could not recommend them for me. He wanted me to consider a Polar watch instead, and I might just do that. Too bad!
