I’ve had the Versa for a few days now and I soooo want to love it but I’ve had a lot of trouble with it. First I just couldn’t get it set up - it was struggling to connect with WiFi/Bluetooth I think, despite both being strong. I spent mana frustrating hours resetting, troubleshooting etc and then it just randomly started working yesterday (I still don’t know how?).
i went on a long walk yesterday and racked up almost 12,000 steps - when I came home last night they updated on the app and I was excited as that was my first real day using it. Now, I’m on it this morning and it says my steps for yesterday are only 1001.
A lot of the time whenever I open the app it seems to revert to either 0, or a previous syncs stats? Most of the time with enough refreshing/resetting/restarting I can get it to work, but not this time. I also wore it to bed last night fully charged to track my sleep, however that isn’t showing in the app either.
I really do wanna love the Versa so much and this is my first ever Fitbit but it’s been a very frustrating experience so far :(((
Does anyone have any advice? Does this happen to you?
Ps also in the app when I click on Versa, it always says “Last synced: 16.45” the previous day which I believe is when I finally managed to get it set up. Is it supposed to stay like that? Is it supposed to update whenever the app does sync?
ALL I want is stats that transfer from y Fitbit to my phone, and stay that way - not disappear - not reduce in steps/km etc. How hard can that be??? Help 😞

Generally (with all day sync turned on) your tracker and mobile keep up with each other; but the best way for me to ensure my data is absolutely, positively sync'd before I do updates or anything is to open the fitbit App and touch and pull down on the screen to force a sync.
Give it a try, does it work for your mobile?
