Disappointed with versa

Is anyone else regretting “upgrading” to the Versa? After having an ALTA and Charge 2 I decided to move up to the versa so I didn’t need to wear 2 watches when running and was given the versa as a Xmas present. When running I have lost details of my runs as it lost connection with my phone despite my it being in my jacket pocket on the same side I wear my watch. Also it has beeen tempermental with charging and now won’t charge. I’ve tried resetting it by pressing all buttons, charging connected to a laptop which actually drained the battery by 8% in 30 minutes. Fed up with it and just want to return for a refund so I can upgrade my Garmin instead!

Hi, I understand your frustration about the Versa and therefore would advice you to contact Customer Support about your issues with the Versa. Once the Versa is doing what it's supposed to do, it's a wonderfull piece of technology.
