Disappointed

I thought I was done with fitbit products until the Versa. I talked myself into buying one and I totally regret it. It doesn't record my sleep properly, one night I got 5 different sleep readings. If I tell it manually I'm asleep all I get is how long I slept, no restless or awake readings. Then this morning it just stopped syncing. I'm ready to pack it up and send it back but I've spent money on accessories. So very disappointed in fitbit products.

Me too. Also disappointed. Just purchased 2 Versas and plan to return them.

I go through all the steps to fix the issue it works fine for a while then stops working properly again. I'm planning on returning mine as well. It's not worth the hassle of doing this and that every day to make it work.
