Hi,good day I have a one plus 6/Previously the device and Bluetooth also the Fitbit versa was Syncing,after I upgraded to Android Pie it stopped Syncing I really need the Fitbit versa to work as it plays a important role in my life! I with highly appreciate if you guys offered feedback as I believe you guys don't support the android 9 update ?[So it makes my Fitbit seem like a waste of Money] Can not post a picture of the error:( PS,PLEASE TAKE NOTE IT WAS WORKING BEFORE THE UPDATE

Please do not use all capitals. It is against  Community Guidelines

 

There is a known issue with Android Pie and syncing. The engineers are working on it to resolve the issue. Please see THIS thread for updates.
