So - having recently moved from a Pebble 2 to a Versa, here are my niggles.
”Always Off” Screen
How does it get 4 days battery life? By never turning the screen on, even when you want to tell the time.
With the Pebble, you glance, and it’s there. If it’s dark, you shake your wrist as you raise it, and the time is there and lit by the time you look down.
Versa - raise; and it’s not there. You then remember to carefully turn your wrist towards you while your wrist is level, and that sets off the motion detection to turn the screen on. Turning it while raising it - if it’s not already horizontal - doesn’t work.
Also, pressing a button doesn’t work. I may have this wrong, but pressing a button goes into a menu for an app or status. But not telling the time.
Screen does not wake with a notification
Seriously - WTF Fitbit? 90% of the value of this watch is to alert me to notifications, which I can read on my wrist. I’m 95% likely to look at my watch to read it when I feel it buzz. SO WHY NOT TURN THE SCREEN ON when one is received so I can read the received notification? I have to do the raise/twist thing each time?
No Apple Health
Yes, I know the very survival of your business model is to keep all my health data hostage, but I don’t have to like it. That’s long-term data I may want to keep when you go bust, or I change brand. So I want it in one place, in an industry standard format. Pebble wrote to Apple Health, and you refuse to.
Grr

I had to split this in two due to a rendering issue in iOS.
Lack of multitasking
This could be app-specific - I use Pomodorino as a pomodoro timer. When it runs, it has a 25 min timer that shouldn’t be interrupted. But it doesn’t show the current time. If I want to see the time, I have to switch back to the watch face. If I do so, the app timer is paused. I suspect this could be an issue in the app itself, but still, not great.
Huge charger
The fully enclosing bracket is a pain to carry when travelling. Pebble managed with just a slimline magnetic electrode shim.
Thats about it. I don’t mind the 4-day battery life, and the waterproofing, etc is great, but the screen sleep aggressiveness really detracts from its two main purposes - showing the time, and showing notifications,
