Display pixelation and greyscale - Versa 2

I woke this morning to my Versa’s watchface all greyscale. It is now starting to pixelate as well?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. To fix the display of your Versa 2, I recommend you to try our restart process following the next steps:

 

  1. For Fitbit Versa 2, hold the back button for 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
  3. If you still have issues with your device, turn it off and turn it back on. For more information, see How do I turn off my Fitbit device?
