Display quit working

The display quit working on my Versa watch.

This app made me select a model so I selected Versa but I’ve only got a 25% chance of being right.

I have no idea what model it is. Different websites say that it is different models, anything from Versa, Versa 2, Versa 3, or Versa lite. It has one button and I think Alexa. I bought this one bout 1 1/2 yrs ago

All data is being transferred to my iPhone app but can’t see anything on watch display.

my previous Versa, also unknown model, lasted bout 13 months before I needed to replace it.

Any suggestions on getting my display to work?

App should only ask which model when you go through setup, but you didn't say anything about doing that.  Are you going through setup again?  Or did you complete it?  If you got through setup, for whatever reason, you must have chosen the right one.  If you choose the wrong one, it will just say not found and ask you again so nothing lost.

However, Versa has 1 button on left, 2 on right; Versa 2 has 1 real button; versa 3 has a "haptic" button that doesn't actually push in.

But this doesn't mean that I think going through setup is necessarily your right move.

I guess I was rambling a bit with my original question. My issue is:

ive had this Versa for approximately 1 1/2 years and all of a sudden, last week, the display no longer shows anything, all black. It still transfers data to my iPhone app which is real nice but if I wanted to see what time it is, I will not get that info from my watch. I don’t know if I can reset something, repair the display or if it’s time for a new watch.
I really hope not the new watch thing because my first versa lasted me slightly over a year this is my second and it’s only last beyond the first. It’s pretty pricey for an almost annual thing to have to buy.

any and all assistance would be appreciated.

thank you!!

If you haven't yet tried this, the first thing to try is a restart.

So I just tried restarting, and when I hit the button I have a display for a brief second after I held it for roughly 15 seconds and let go I know how to divide the other TV in the 1970s after 11 o’clock when it was all snow that’s what my Fitbit looks like now which is a whole lot different than what it was. It looks like progress to me but I still can’t see anything except the snow
