Distance measurement on Versa is way off

Ever since I switched from a Charge 2 to the Versa, my ratio of steps to distance is way off. On the Charge 2 I reached 5 miles at about 11k steps. With the Versa 11k steps only equals 3.4 miles. I have already set up my stride length in advanced settings, which didn’t help. I measured the distance for 11k steps with a second device and that one clocked in at 5 miles while the Versa only got to anywhere between 3.2 and 4 miles after 11k steps.

Mine is off, too. Have you gotten a response yet from Fitbit?

I'm having the same problem. Had the Versa a couple weeks, with stride length at 35". Consistently calculates mileage at a 32" rate.

Recently went to Local gym where track was exactly 1/12 of a mile, required 14 laps to make 1 mile on the Versa 2, way off. Versa 2 replaced Fitbit blaze which was dead on for distance for the same track.
