I have a brand new Versa2. Trying to load my personal music but the Fitbit app keeps giving authorization failed message. Can log on to the Fitbit site but can’t get in the app. Any suggestions?

I'm confused. Are you saying you can't load personal music, or that you can't even get into the fitbit app on phone?

I can’t do either, but my assumption is that the not being able to get into the app is probably why I can’t add my music.

For the time being, forget the music. You have to get it set up in the app before even considering music. Have you been in the app before and just started getting that message, or are you just getting started setting up the tracker?

Received new Versa2 last Thursday. I have been trying to enter the app to fully setup my watch. All attempts have failed because of the authorization failure.

At what step do you get the authorization failure?
Are you able to install the fitbit app?
Where you able to log into your account in the app?
IE: what exactly where you doing when the authorization message comes through?

I just got off a chat with Fitbit support. Did you all realize the versa 2 isn't compatible with any Windows operating system? Even if I could log-in to the Fitbit app, I couldn't put my music on the watch without using a Mac laptop. No windows, no iPhone, no iPad. That's according to Fitbit support.

No I wasn't aware that it will not work with Win10 computer or phone.
My understanding is that for music to transfer Win Connect would be needed.
Where you able to setup the Versa 2?
