My Fitbit Versa 3 has stopped showing the distance I have travelled throughout the day on the watch. For some reason, it still shows up in the app, but not on the watch. Even during workouts, despite showing the right amount of kilometres on Strava, the Fitbit will not show the correct amount of km, even while doing the exercise. I will be on a walk, and when I check my watch while walking, it will say '0.01' in the place where it shows km travelled. Once I end the workout, the correct amount of km will show up in the Fitbit app and Strava, just not on the watch itself. This has only started happening after the cardio load feature was added to the Fitbit app, and I thought it would fix itself eventually, like a few other issues I faced when I started using the watch 2.5 years ago. I am using a Motorola G84 if it helps.
