Does Fitbit have an exchange policy

Does FitBit offer an exchange type program when you aren't happy with the current product?  I have a Versa and it doesn't seem to recognize anything when I am at the gym working out.  It also is big and bulky for my taste.  Does fitbit exchange for a different model?

It depends on if you bought it directly from Fitbit.
