Does Versa have internal training?

So, I'm new to running and I'm starting slow, I have my Versa set to vibrate every 3 mins so I can jog for 3 then walk for 3 and so on until I get to my time/distance, but I want to up my game, I want to walk for 2mins then run for 5mins, how do I set my watch to do this? There must be a way to set different alerts, I had a Blaze and returned it because it was rubbish, please tell me I didn't pay £200 for another useless watch that can't be personalized.

Hello,    I also am learning to run.   What I did it go into my exercise shortcuts in the fitbit app and made sure that one was chosen as interval workout.   Then if you click on the lines on the left it takes you into the interval workout, where you can set intervals of move and rest and how may times you wish to repeat it.   Also you can choose to turn GPS on for the interval workout if you would like to use the connected GPS feature.  You can only have one setting, so I do change my intervals around a couple of times a week.    Also there is a third part app for purchase in the fitbit app if you find that one works better.

It's great to see you around @Djscott.

If you want to set your interval time, I recommend taking a look at the How do I track intervals during my workout? help article and see how you can set this feature.

I hope this helps, let me know the outcome. Robot Happy

Thanks for your answer but I don't think you read my question or looked at the section I am asking in, the link you gave me was for a charge2.... I am posting in the versa section, VERSA...

You also changed my title, how will anyone know what I'm asking, it was clearly in the title, I'm not asking for internal training, I know how to set that up, please change the title back to the original "can I set split laps on my watch"

It looks like you posted a random link and changed the title to fit

My question still stands unanswered,

I want to know if I can set different lap intervals on my watch, I want it to vibrate at 2 minutes and then at 5 minutes then back to 2 minutes

Can I do this or have a brought an expensive pedometer, if this is the case I need to take this watch back and look at ether Garmin or TomTom

We’re you able to successfully program run/walk alerts on your Versa? And if so, do the alerts vibrate? I’m having trouble confirming this is an option on the Versa.
