I do not have Fitbit pay/wallet on my Versa. How do I get this app? It does not show on the apps I can download to my Versa but everything I've read says I should have had it already on my Versa.  Please help!

In some parts of the world (US, Canada) fitbit pay is only available on the special edition of the versa. Could that be the issue here?

Some versions of Versa include a built-in NFC chip, which is the technology that lets you use make payments from your watch. To find out if your watch supports this feature, check the back of your watch.

 

If Fitbit Pay is listed in the text surrounding the heart-rate sensor, you can make payments from your watch.
