Hi everyone. It's good to see you here in the Forums and welcome to our new members. I'm sorry for the delayed response and let me help you with your inquiries.

@SunsetRunner, @Giampi71@WendyB and @N8teGee, thanks for your input and the screenshots shared in this thread. You're a big help!

@SunsetRunner, about your question, as the pictures posted above by @Giampi71 and @WendyB, the Versa Lite box will include a charging cable with a cradle on one side to plug the watch and a USB end. However, it'll not include the "charger", "wall charger" or "wall adapter" to plug the USB end as this allows you to charge it with either a computer or into the wall. You can use the wall charger included in some smartphones, tablets or other electronic devices to charge your Fitbit.

I'll be around if you have any other question.

Hi @SunsetRunner , when you buy a new Fitbit device, in your case the Lite, it is always delivered with a charger. Regards kuzibri

This is actually not true. No Fitbit device comes with a charger but only with the clip to the device with related cable. The actual charger (the one you plug in the socket and that a USB connection where to connected the cable) is not included.

Hi @Giampi71 , sorry to say this, but your answer is not true at all. All Fitbit devices are delivered with the original suitable charger. I have ordered lots of Fitbit devices and always a charger was included. What's the use of buying a new Fitbit device without a charger? Totally nothing at all. You must be able to charge your new device, therefore a charger is included. Just like your picture shows: "charging cradle".

One quick question: where do you connect the charging cradle? One side to the Fitbit device, the other side (USB-B port) to a PC or, guess what, to a charger.

Last time I checked (I own(ed) Blaze, Alta, Alta HR, Versa, Ionic, Versa Lite, Inspire) there was no PC or charger included in the Fitbit box.

@SunsetRunner Be aware that you need to buy a new charger if you don't have a PC or a compatible charger.

Your mobile phone could be suitable but if it is a recent model it is likely a USB-C type while charging cables provided by Fitbit are still USB-B type.

Below excerpt from the Fitbit manual about the need for a charger

@Giampi71The picture you have above shows the charging cradle

Its not a cable but a cradle maybe thats where the confusion is coming from

Whatever we name it (in Fitbit Versa manual it is called "cradle" , in Fitbit Versa Lite manual it is called "cable") the CHARGER is never included in the box

I agree with @Giampi71 here. I've never know Fitbit to include the charging brick with any device, you are always advised to plug the charging cable, and in this case cradle into a USB port (preferably PC). I've had no issues using a good quality phone USB brick though.

I think the easiest thing to say is that the users will get what is shown in the picture above in the box.
