Been using the Fitbit Versa for about three weeks now. It is now not tracking my walking time. I am on the gym treadmill for a total of 60 mins. I walk at 3.0 mph for 15 mins then jog at 4.8 mph for 25 mins then walk for 10 mins at 3.0 mph. When I started working out it was fine for about two weeks. Yesterday it only tracked about ten minutes of walking, plus the run. Now today it only tracked the run. I have reset it (left button and bottom right) about four times (this started a few days ago). Suggestions? Thanks

Hi, if multiple restarts do not solve your problem, as you described, ther are only two things left for you:
1. Perform a Factory Reset. Unfortunately this will bring back your Versa to the "on the box" situation in the factory. So, it acts as being brand new and you will need to set it up all over again with your phone. In the article with the link, you will find all the info about that.
2. If you do not want to do that, contact Customer Support about your problem.
