Versa constantly swapping between modes

My versa is constantly switching between watch, activity and letting me know that everything is up to date. This happening even if i’m not moving?

Hi, restart your Versa multiple times in a row by pressing the left and right lower buttons togehter untill you see the Fitbit Logo and release the buttons. This should solve your problem.

Hi, unfortunately then you have to perform a Factory Reset, which I always hate to advice cause it will bring your Versa back to the "in the box" situation as still being in the factory. Meaning that after having doing that, your Versa acts as being brand new and needs to be setup all over again with your phone. Pressing the link will tell you all about that. Sorry, no other option possible IMO.
