For my recovery workout today I choose to do some simple yoga. I started the video on the Fitbit app, and like all videos, the instructor tells you to start your workout on your watch. So I chose yoga on my Versa Two and stared the workout. And at the end of the video the instructor tells you to stop your workout, so I do, but then when exiting the video it asks “Do you want to log this workout?” I hit yes thinking maybe for some reason my watch didn’t log the workout. Then I go to my exercise tab and it has “Yoga” logged twice both starting at the same time, so then I thought I just logged it twice, but the calorie burned numbers were different. The calories burned from logging it on my watch were higher than the calories burned from logging it from my phone?
So my questions are: Why are the calories burned different? Which one is actually the number of calories I’m burning and should be using?
Also, Why does it ask me to log it on my phone right after it’s logged on my watch, shouldn’t the app already know I logged my workout?
