Bought a Versa2 but on registering it my phone crashed & had to replace it, when trying to complete Versa reg it tells me my email address is already registered but will not allow me to log into account. Any suggestions please.

I have removed the Fitbit app from my phone & installed again but get same message.

Hi @Dawndawny , try this:

Go to www.fitbit.com/consent on your PC and you will get the Dashboard of Fitbit and login there. If that works and you're logged in, go to your Fitbit app on you phone and login. Should work. Regards kuzibri
