@Pvhammertime Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here! Sorry to hear that your Versa isn't syncing with your email. Usually what you paired or associate with your email is your Fitbit account. I would like to have more information about this issue. Also do you see any error message? Could you share a screenshot?
