I was getting email notifications to my Versa from my google address. But I needed to change my address, but I’m not getting email notifications to the Versa from that new email, still the old one. How do I fix this?

@Marthmaul Make sure the email client you have set up with the new email address is the same one that you're using for the notifications in the FItbit mobile app. For example, if you're using Outlook Express in your phone to check emails, make sure Outlook Express is selected under notifications in the Fitbit mobile app. One more thing, make sure you're receiving push notifications from this new email address (that they show in your phone's notification centre).

I can't seem to find that option in my fitbit mobile app. There is no option for push notifications for the email I want to use, but the previous email also does not have the option for push (it's fetch only).
Not really sure those answered my question.

@Marthmaul Versa will show notification for any app that:
Versa shows notifications of the app not particular/select email addresses. Please verify that:
a) you can actually see notifications on your phone - in the notification bar - from the email client that your new email address is assigned to
b) this particular email client is selected under Versa's notifications. To do that open the fitbit mobile app, tap on the versa icon in the top right corner, scroll down to Notifications, tap, scroll down to Email, tap and select the proper email client.

@Marthmaul It is because you're in the wrong place. 😊 You're under Account and you should be under Versa. Please tap the Versa icon next to Account icon.

@Marthmaul Is it the only client that you're using? Apple mail? Are you able to see the notifications in your phone's notification bar?

I am trying to use yahoo mail as my primary email.

@Marthmaul Ahhhh that's why you don't see the email notifications. You need to make sure that Yahoo mail iPhone app is enabled. The Yahoo app should get added to the Notification list within Fitbit mobile app automatically after it sends the notification to your phone. Then you will be able to see in it the list and enable it. Thus, my question remains: when you get email at your yahoo email, can you see the notification in the status/notification bar on your phone? How do you know that new email arrived? If you cannot see these notifications, you need to enable them in the iPhone's settings:

I received a notification to my phone for the email and it isn't showing up in the list still. The only thing that shows is the generic mail icon.

Me too I have an iPhone. And U can’t get my yahoo mail on my versa. There is no option on the versa to allow email. I’m so annoyed. Should have just bought an Apple watch

@Knightsmom try using different email client e.g. bluemail and setting up yahoo account there. Then you can set Versas Notifications for bluemail. It will be cheaper than Apple watch.
